Westfield

A small wooden and golden plaque, located in St. Andrews Westfield, commemorates William Goddard, Scott Prior and William Wyatt. Scott is also buried in front of the tower to the left-hand side of the churchyard.

William H. J. Goddard

William was born in 1894 and attended school in Runhall. He enlisted in Battersea, London before being killed in action in 1915.

Scott N. Prior

Scott was born in 1898. He was severely wounded in action and sent home to England. He never recovered and died in 1918 in Kent.

William Wyatt

William was born in 1898 and fought with the Northumberland Fusiliers. He was accidentally killed in 1916 and was buried in France.
